New Hotel Openings in 2014

Kyoto Ritz-Carlton Hotel, opening on February 7, 2014
The ancient capital of Kyoto is going to add a western luxury accommodation in February 2014. With the renowned hotel interior designer Peter Remedios, the Ritz-Carlton Kyoto realizes contemporary harmony of the ancient Japanese beauty and the 21st century stylish relaxation. Guestrooms feature Kyoto's traditional concept of clean and beautiful view of nature, including the view of Kamo River and Higashiyama mountain range, Kyoto's traditional box garden view, and outdoor decks. Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel accommodates leisure, business travelers and conference delegates, and convention travelers. The guests can access to Kansai International Airport in 30 minutes by airport express train called Express Haruka, as well as multiple local train service to major landmarks in Osaka. Abeno Harukas is a new 984 feet tall skyscraper with 60 floors, and inside are dining, shopping art and business floors.
Aman Resort Tokyo, Early 2014

One of world's most prominent luxury resort hotel brand Aman is opening a surprising urban hotel in the Otemachi area in the heart of Tokyo in the first quarter of 2014. In the latest business complex building in Otemachi, Aman Resort appears as an urban oasis. The Otemachi area is just between the Imperial Palace and the historic Tokyo station, and Aman's new location in Tokyo offers the supreme hospitality and access to Tokyo's major landmarks as well as the chic shopping complexes and the terminal station of the Bullet train (shinkansen).
