ANA to Start New International Services at Haneda

All Nippon Airways (ANA) announced it will introduce new and enhanced international products and services in conjunction with the opening of the new International Terminal and expansion of its network at Haneda this October. ANA’s valued customers can look forward to a new and sophisticated travel experience this fall.

ANA International Departures
Passengers on international flights using Haneda will not only be benefited from its convenient location but also from the advantageous connections of ANA’s extensive domestic network. In addition, ANA will extend the closing time for international check-in from the current 45 minutes to 40 minutes prior to departure. Together with the check-in kiosks installed in the Departures lobby and ANA’s off-airport online CLICK check-in, flying overseas with ANA will become even more convenient.
New Services in Lounges
We will invite ANA Diamond Service members to the exclusive ANA SUITE LOUNGE, featuring an elegant décor that invites our most prestigious passengers to unwind in style while protecting each of our customers’ privacy.

Moreover a dining space will be set up in the lounge to serve dinner menus from 7:30 every evening, in addition to our usual refreshments, light meals and snacks. To meet the needs of business travelers, the lounge is fully equipped with wireless internet access, and iPad* will be available upon requests. The lounge also provides shower facilities and amenities, allowing passengers on late-night flights to relax and make the most of their time before departure in a comfortable environment. * iPad is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.

ANA Platinum Service members, ANA Super Flyers Card members and Business Class passengers may relax in the new ANA LOUNGE. This lounge combines a relaxing and stylish décor with a wide range of sophisticated services similar to those provided in the ANA SUITE LOUNGE. The refreshments service corner at ANA LOUNGE offers snacks, alcoholic beverages as well as soft drinks, and the dining space serves hot meal menus every evening. Also this lounge is fully equipped with wireless internet access and shower facilities and amenities.

Upon arrival, passengers may enjoy refreshments and snacks and take advantage of the shower and business facilities at our ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE. Here they can freshen up and restore energy before the beginning of the day. Business travelers will find the lounge particularly appealing as the business areas are equipped with PCs and provide fully wireless internet access, enabling them to organize their business trip and communicate with their office.
New in-flight services for late-night departures
From October 31, ANA will offer new in-flight services designed especially to enhance our customers’ comfort and well-being during our late-night flights. Special lighting, sound and scents will create a calm atmosphere that invites passengers to a deep, good sleep on board and enables them to reach their destination rested and relaxed.

Cabin lights will be dimmed, and customers are provided with eye masks, ear plugs and other amenities that will help them drift into a restful sleep. We will offer two types of aromatherapy cards -- “Relax” and “Refresh.” -- Passengers may enjoy them before going to bed or after waking up.

Customers on Business Class can enjoy meals whenever they feel like dining, by simply letting the cabin attendants know. In Economy Class, hot meals and Japanese traditional miso soups will be served before arrival. Passengers who wish to sleep are welcome to make use of the “Don’t Disturb” card.

These services will be available on the following flights:
- Haneda - Bangkok (NH173), Singapore (NH151), Los Angeles (NH1006)
- Bangkok - Haneda (NH174*) *For NH174, the services will be available from October 30.

New cabin product out of Haneda
From November 6, ANA will introduce the new Boeing 767-300ER on the mid-haul routes fully furnished with new seat products, starting from flights to Singapore. Under ANA’s brand concept “Inspiration of Japan”, we will deliver the unprecedented comfort on our mid-haul international routes out of Haneda.

The “ANA BUSINESS CRADLE”—our new product in Business Class features seats that support and wrap the whole body in the reclining position, creating cradle-like comfort.

Customers onboard will have the choice to enjoy films, videos, music, games and other entertainments available on our 160 channels from a 12.1-inch wide (10-inch wide for the front row seats) touch panel on their personal TV monitor. The footrest can be adjusted in four different ways to match the reclining angle of the seat. Each individual seat is equipped with universal power outlets for computers, USB port and iPod* connectors, while personal reading lights will allow passengers to stay active even after the lights in the cabin are turned off.

In Economy Class, all seats will take the Fixed Back Shell style to provide passengers with optimum reclining comfort, while not disturbing the passenger behind. Passengers can enjoy a wide range of entertainment programs available on our 160 channels on the 9-inch wide touch panel personal TV monitor. Like Business Class, all seats are equipped with universal power outlets for computers, USB ports and iPod* connectors. * iPod is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.
