Narita Airport is now closer to Tokyo than ever before!

On July 17, a new airport train began its service. Nicknamed "Narita Sky Access", this brand new Keisei Sky Liner connects Tokyo and Narita Airport and travels at 99.5 miles per hour. The vehicles and car interior were designed by well-known fashion designer Kansai Yamamoto, who used the theme “wind" for the vehicle's exterior and "poise" for the interior. He also designed the uniform for the station and cabin attendants.

Narita Sky Access has cut travel time between Narita Airport Terminal 2 Station and Nippori Station (downtown Tokyo) from 51 minutes to 36 minutes. It runs approximately every 30 minutes in the daytime.
