URAYASU, CHIBA— Tokyo Disneyland® Park will present "Disney's Easter Wonderland," its first Easter-themed special event. The event, which takes place from April 1 through June 30, will spotlight Easter customs from America and Europe such as hunting for eggs, decorating eggs with paint, paper or cloth, decorating hats with flowers, participating in "Easter bonnet" parades and more.
This first Easter special event at Tokyo Disneyland will include the whimsical and colorful parade, "Disney's Easter Wonderland." Also, an audience-participation entertainment program will have about 100 guests in Easter bonnets joining the Queen of Hearts and other Disney characters.
The Park will be filled with Easter decorations. Guests can enjoy photo locations set up in the Plaza and featuring the Disney friends and colorfully painted eggs. Easter eggs decorated with images of Mickey Mouse and his pals will also be hidden throughout the Park.
Within the Park, 22 restaurants will offer special Easter egg themed menus. The shops will also have approximately 110 different types of special merchandise bearing Easter-themed designs of the Disney friends and more.

"Disney's Easter Wonderland" Special Parade
Location: Parade Route
Duration: Approx 40 minutes
Performances: 2 Daily
In "Disney's Easter Wonderland," a whimsical parade with nine floats presented twice daily, Mickey and his Disney friends don rabbit ears and Easter bonnets to celebrate the season. The parade opens with a float shaped like a giant Mad Hatter's hat, on which the characters from Disney's Alice in Wonderland enjoy their funny tea party. This is followed by a float filled with rabbit characters. White Rabbit and others are even joined by Donald Duck in rabbit ears, jumping for joy. These will be followed by floats with Winnie the Pooh and friends frolicking on an egg-shaped "Hunny Pot," Stitch and friends celebrating a Hawaiian Easter, Goofy hunting for eggs, and the Toy Story and Monsters, Inc. characters, like Woody and Mike, on a giant cowboy hat or helmet. For the grand finale, Minnie rides by on a beautiful Easter bonnet-themed float. Together with Daisy Duck and Clarice, the ladies show off their beautiful Easter bonnets. In this parade, Mickey will make six quick costume changes and run around the parade route making appearances on many of the floats.
Note: This parade will stop at three locations - between Westernland and Fantasyland, the Plaza, and between Toontown and Tomorrowland.
Guest Performance Entertainment Program with the Queen of Hearts
Location: Parade Route and Castle Forecourt
Duration: Approx 30 minutes
Performances: 1 Daily
This entertainment program allows guests to perform in an Easter bonnet party along with Minnie Mouse, the White Rabbit, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, and other Disney friends. When the Queen of Hearts and her float leave Toontown and arrive in front of Cinderella Castle, Minnie Mouse, a marching band, and approximately 100 guests make their appearance and the party begins. Party participants will circle the Plaza once to the music of the marching band while showing off

"Egg Hunt in Tokyo Disneyland"
A rally-style quiz program in which participants hunt for Easter eggs hidden in various locations throughout the Park (500 yen per try).
Guests solve quiz questions on a map while hunting for Easter eggs decorated with the Disney characters that are hidden throughout the Park. Upon completing the egg hunt, guests will be given a Tokyo Disneyland original Easter egg.

Disney Drawing Class
Located in the Disney Gallery inside World Bazaar, the Disney Drawing Class is a fun class in which guests can learn how to draw various Disney characters.
During "Disney's Easter Wonderland," a new class will teach guests how to draw Miss Bunny, from the Disney classic film Bambi (about 30 minutes per lesson, 500 yen per lesson).
Egg dishes and other special menu items will be available at 22 restaurants. Desserts with souvenir items decorated with "eggs" or marshmallows will also be available at the event booths.
Approximately 110 different types of merchandise, including plush toys of the Disney characters dressed in their "Disney's Easter Wonderland" special parade costumes, egg-themed straps and other special merchandise bearing Easter designs will be available.
In addition, springtime can be enjoyed to the utmost at Disney Ambassador® Hotel and Tokyo Disneyland® Hotel, with their Easter-themed special menus and desserts.
